• Leadership and coordination of construction projects
• Planning of staffing, materials and schedules
• Management of craftsmen and subcontractors
• Follow-up on finances, quality and progress
• Contact with clients, consultants and partners
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with quality

👷 WHO ARE YOU?

• You have experience with construction management and can take responsibility for your own projects
• You preferably have a background as a tradesperson, building constructor or other relevant construction education
• You have a good overview and can keep many plates in the air
• You are solution-oriented and good at making decisions
• You can communicate with both craftsmen, customers and consultants
• You work in a structured way and take responsibility that things are followed through

You don't need to have a crystal ball that can predict all challenges on the construction site – but you must be able to find solutions when they arise! 😎
