Project Manager for insurance service with a sense for people and craftsmanship

Do you know insurance service from the inside, and do you miss getting closer to the craft and the people who perform it? At Hartvig Gruppen A/S you get both: your own insurance cases from first inspection to handover and your own team of skilled craftsmen whom you lead in everyday life.

We are looking for a project manager for insurance service with experience from the damage service industry, who wants to switch tracks to a role where you can see the result at the customer's home.

ABOUT US

The good craftsmanship is non-negotiable. No matter who of us you meet – on a construction site or on the phone – you will encounter a high professional level and, most importantly, the same respect for the customer's home and construction site. The same applies across tasks, whether it's an insurance claim, a wall to be painted, or a turnkey project.

Since 2010, when it was just Anders Hartvig and a panel van. Today we are more than 70 colleagues across carpenters, masons, painters, joiners and administration – but we still go to work every day with the same mindset: we do it properly.

The thing we would most like to be known for is still the same as in 2010: to do a proper and honest piece of work – together. As a project manager for insurance service you will be part of the community and follow your cases all the way home to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

As a project manager for insurance service at Hartvig Gruppen A/S you report to the department head and you will be responsible for:

• Your own insurance cases from first inspection to handover
• Leadership of your own team of carpenters, masons, painters and apprentices
• Appraisal, documentation and finances on your cases

And you will work with, among other things,

• Assess damages and document them in Scalepoint
• Be the customer's fixed contact person and collaborate with insurance companies and subcontractors
• Set the plan for your team two weeks ahead so everyone knows where they should be
• Lead, acknowledge and develop your team in daily life

YOUR PROFILE

We imagine that you come from damage service, e.g. as loss adjuster, assessor or project manager, and that you know insurance terms, coverages and Scalepoint well. You get energy from being the one many people contact, and you want to lead a team where trust, respect and a good tone matter. If you have training as carpenter or mason, it is a clear advantage.

You have a driving license for a regular car (B) and you speak and write Danish.

WE OFFER

You will receive a thorough onboarding, where you get to know our cases, systems and partners with an experienced colleague by your side. We develop you as a leader, so you get tools to lead craftsmen, even if it's new to you. You will become part of a project manager team of 8 colleagues and get a company car with yellow plates.

The position is 37 hours per week, and your primary place of work will be at our office in Gentofte.
