Do you want to help create coherence, quality, and development in the support for adults with autism? Kollegiet Hinnerup in the Special Area of Autism is looking for a social-educational coordinator in a maternity cover. The maternity cover runs from January 1, 2027, to March 1, 2028. There will be opportunities for extension or permanent employment.

• As a social-educational coordinator at Kollegiet Hinnerup, you will play a central role in creating good frames for residents' well-being, strengthening the social-educational quality, and making the cooperation between residents, staff, management, and authorities operate in a cohesive whole.
• You will become an important partner for both the department head and the staff.
• You will have the opportunity to apply your professional skills in many different ways – from close collaboration on the individual resident's efforts to the development of documentation practices, prevention of the use of force, and coordination with the municipalities.

Who is the target group?

Kollegiet Hinnerup is a residential facility for adults with autism. The residents at Kollegiet are enrolled in either a §107 or §108 offering, are aged 21-52, and cognitively around the normal range. Most residents are enrolled in employment and activity offers pursuant to §104. Special Area of Autism Employment and Education delivers this service locally on the site and in facilities here in Hinnerup.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a social worker who is motivated by helping citizens create qualified and meaningful interventions, so we can support the citizens to live a life in well-being as best as possible. In Special Area of Autism we collaborate with residents based on the approach nothing about us without us .

Therefore, in the role of social-educational coordinator you will have an important task in creating a safe collaboration and being the link between residents, social- and health-care staff, team coordinators, and authorities. It will be an advantage to have experience with authority work and to be familiar with the social sector. Additionally, the job is for you if you are driven by interdisciplinary collaboration both internally in the organization and across sectors.

We are looking for a social-educational coordinator who thrives in a role where you work closely with the departmental manager and feel comfortable leading from the front and occupying a position where you must both lead upward and lead downward.

How is the organization structured?

On the site we have three offerings: Kollegiet, Trekløveret, and Hinnerup Employment and Education. You will be part of a team that works across the housing units Kollegiet and Trekløveret.

In addition to your colleagues on the site, you will also work closely with our colleagues in our central secretariat, where we receive support for matching, professional foundation, documentation, and much more.

What will your tasks look like?

Tasks are indicative, as we continuously adapt to what is current and will therefore be updated to the needs we experience in practice.

Municipal cooperation and need for action

• Support qualified interventions in collaboration with residents and colleagues.
• Ensure good documentation practices and support the team coordinators.
• Introduce new employees to tariffs, orders, and citizen forms.
• Attend matching and status meetings and coordinate meetings, agendas, and status material.
• Create and continually update citizen forms.
• Collaborate with the department head and shift planner on time distribution based on residents' tariffs.

Prevention, handling, and learning from the use of force

• Plan and facilitate annual competence development on safety in collaboration with AMR and the department head.
• Support prevention of the use of force, including covert power.
• Coach staff in force reporting and incident analyses as well as ensure knowledge sharing and learning.
• Support teams and management in applying for pre-approved uses of force.

Cluster cooperation, team collaboration, and network

• You will become part of a strong coordinator community with regular meetings for professional sparring, quality, and coordination.
• In addition, you will participate in monthly tariff meetings and a cross-cutting coordinator network in the Special Area of Autism.
