We will place emphasis on your professionality, your demeanor and your view of people, as we strive to give the young people and their families the best possible service in a safe and inclusive framework. Your caseload will be about 30-35 cases, depending on other tasks, and you will also participate in common meetings, such as case processing meetings, team meetings, cross-disciplinary conferences and supervision.

Your tasks will include

  • Counselling of young people and their families, including holding engagement conversations and various meeting formats
  • Financial overview of your cases
  • Administrative casework in DUBU
  • Contribute to professional sparring with colleagues and collaboration with municipal and external providers
  • Placements both with and without consent

  • Experience from a similar position
  • High professional competence and good collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset and financial flair
  • Ability to create overview and structure
  • Ability to act relevant in acute situations
  • A consistent focus on the young person’s wishes
  • Driver’s license B (own car an advantage)

And that you are

  • Genuinely interested and curious about the well-being of families and young people
  • A colleague with a good sense of humor and a positive outlook on life
  • A reassuring presence
  • Development-ready
  • A good and loyal colleague, as well as a team player for the young person, families, partners, colleagues and management

  • There is a really good and positive work environment, including the right and duty to supervision
