Caregiver wanted for a woman in Rødovre

I am looking for female helpers and temporary workers for shifts. I am known with a muscle disease and live with husband, daughter and an allergy-friendly dog in Rødovre near Rødovre Centrum.

Responsibilities will include accompanying to training, shopping, swimming pool (where you will go in the water), bike rides, volunteering in Frederiksberg etc and practical help at home as well as assistance with transfers when we are out. When I am at work there is an option to sit with your own things - I often use a manual wheelchair outdoors and a rollator indoors.

Shifts will typically be 7-10 hours at a time and start around 8 in the morning to 16-18 in the afternoon, on weekdays and often a bit shorter on weekends. Furthermore there may be some shorter evening shifts. On average you should expect about 2 shifts per week, but it is flexible depending on what suits you and the job can be shared between several helpers/temporary workers, so it should not deter you from applying. In addition there may be replacements during holidays and sickness.

No special prerequisites are required, but a driver's license. It is an advantage if you have experience, but not a must. You must be reliable, have a good mood, be physically active and enjoy cycling as well as be able to be a fly on the wall and be able to entertain yourself.
