About the job

As a therapist in holistic care, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team where we work closely together to create coherence, security, and quality of life for the individual citizen. You are part of the daily care and handle independent visits. You will also assess needs for aids and occupational therapy training.

You will work out in the citizens' own homes, where you assess, advise, and support based on the citizen's resources and goals. The tasks range from rehabilitative training and collaboration with both care and nursing staff. You also guide colleagues in training and APV, etc.

APV and transfer training are a fixed part of your role. You will work as a cross-functional occupational therapist between Randers and Aarhus, but your primary input location will be Randers. The task distribution is 50/50, however.

We are looking for you who

• Is a trained occupational therapist.
• Wants to work in home care and contribute to citizens' everyday lives
• Works independently but thrives in a team where all professional perspectives are used
• Is open to a cross-functional role between several departments (Primarily Randers and Aarhus)
• Is passionate about holistic care and rehabilitation rather than standard solutions
• Experience with Nexus and/or CURA is an advantage
• Since Aarhus works based on the care pathway model, knowledge of this would be an advantage

A valid driving license is required since the work is home visits.

The position is 32 hours per week, mainly day shifts, but flexibility should be expected based on needs.
