We are in an exciting process of opening our new offering. The first two teams are in place and therefore we now seek the right employees to continue the positive development in the opening phase.

With us you will be a central part of a team where you take ownership of your tasks. You will be an important part of the house with the opportunity to make independent decisions, but also to spar with your colleagues daily.

In your team you will follow an annual wheel that provides time for professional deepening of the pedagogical efforts as well as professional supervision. Your work is built on fixed daily structures, but you will still never experience that two days are the same.

It is an advantage that you

• Have a relevant pedagogical, social work or health care education
• Have knowledge of working with people with complex development challenges
• Have a professionality that enables you to maintain an overview and make decisions under pressure
• Have a high degree of empathy, honesty and are willing to take responsibility
• Have experience with personal care – otherwise we will teach you
• Have a driving licence B

About HabitusHuset Holbo

We are a newly started pedagogical residential offer that provides the framework for citizens with complex development challenges. The house is located in a scenic and quiet area in North Zealand. The offering is surrounded by open green landscapes, forests and meadow trails, which are characteristic for Græsted and the local area around Gribskov.

The surroundings of Holbo are characterized by homeliness, clarity and sensory-stimulating opportunities that create security and support the residents' well-being and development. The surroundings provide good opportunities for nature-based activities, peaceful walks, structure in daily life and an environment where residents can develop at a pace and in a way that matches their individual needs.

As a §104, 107 and 108 tilbud, each resident has their own apartment and shares common areas both indoors and outdoors, which creates opportunities for residents to socialize to the extent they are capable, to get out into nature and develop through the many sensory impressions they find there and at the same time have the opportunity to retreat when they need to find calm.

Although we are a new residential facility, we as part of Habitus already have a strong professionally based pedagogical method, but it is also an opportunity for you to help create a new culture and build the right structures around our residents that best support them in their development

You can expect a changing everyday life, where the focus is both on professional and personal development. There are fixed teams around the residents, where we as a rule work with 1:1 staffing and 14-hour shifts. We are also looking for night shifts.
