Social pedagogue sought for Botilbud Skovmosen

We are seeking a social pedagogue with a start date of January 1, 2026. The position is 37 hours. Working hours are mix of day and evening shifts, with a shift every 3 weekend.

About us

Allerød residential care consists of four residential facilities: Skovmosen, Frederiksborgvej, Skovbo and Solvænget. Skovmosen has 14 places under §107. The target group is younger adults 18-30 years who are primarily challenged by psychological vulnerability and/or ASD, possibly including a few residents with mild cognitive impairment.

About the position

• Provide individual support to residents and participate in the collaboration on planning the residents’ daily life through daily routines and weekly schedules.
• Facilitate and participate in joint activities and support residents in cooking and maintaining the home to create safe and recognizable surroundings.
• Work professionally targeted with the individual resident to support the person’s personal development.
• Contribute to a structured environment with a professional approach based on low arousal principles, where any conflicts are prevented and handled calmly and respectfully.

• Have experience with mentalization-based milieu therapy focusing on creating a safe and calm environment, where the individual resident can develop

SL notes that the mentioned shift allowances vary between 3000-5000 DKK per month before tax, depending on the amount of evening/weekend hours.
