We need a carpenter for new builds, renovations and dampers in Haslev.

You will land in a contracting firm where new builds, renovations and total projects fill the daily work. The team isn’t huge, but large enough to have several professionals around you and about 15 colleagues in the office. The tasks are located in Haslev and on Zealand, and the clients can be both residential and commercial. The work shifts between solitary tasks, buddy work and tasks with an apprentice.

The special thing here is the mix. Some days you take smaller service tasks yourself, other days you work on renovations and new builds together with other professionals. There is an emphasis on keeping agreements and ensuring the construction process doesn’t drift between trades. The company car accompanies you, and a driving license is necessary because you drive yourself to the sites.

Everyday: New builds, renovations and dampers

Your everyday

When there are dampers, you take the smaller task yourself and close it properly. On larger new builds and renovations you coordinate the sequence with those you work with, so the next trade can come in.

You will among other things be working with

• Working on new builds in housing and commercial properties
• Taking renovation tasks from start to delivery
• Driving on dampers and smaller service tasks
• Working alone, with a buddy or with an apprentice depending on the task
• Coordinating with other trades when the task requires it

When something doesn’t add up, you should speak up in time so agreements and quality don’t slip. It suits you well if you want freedom with responsibility, but still be part of a social team.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a carpenter, preferably from new builds, renovations or service
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your agreements
• Are punctual and say if something isn’t right
• Speak politely with customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have tried both renovation and service before. But the most important thing is that you can take initiative and deliver solid workmanship.
