About the job

Are you passionate about obstetrics and fetal medicine, and would you like to be part of a strong professional environment where quality, development and interdisciplinary collaboration go hand in hand?

We are seeking an engaged senior physician with solid obstetric experience and with competencies in and/or an interest in fetal medicine for the Department of Gynecology and Births at Regionshospitalet Gødstrup.

With us you will become part of a department with high professional standards, a strong collegial community and good opportunities for both professional deepening and development.

We believe that the best patient pathways are created in collaboration, and we place great emphasis on a working environment characterized by trust, respect, engagement and room for both professional ambitions and good collegiality.

Do you want to make a difference for pregnant women, those in labor and their families – and at the same time contribute to developing the obstetric and fetal medicine treatments of the future? Then we would very much like to hear from you.

About the position

You will become part of our obstetric team, which consists of eight specialists and a dedicated multidisciplinary team of midwives, nurses, sonographers and other collaborators.

We handle a wide range of obstetric tasks, including complicated pregnancy and birth courses, prenatal diagnostics and fetal medicine examinations.

We are looking for a senior physician who is keen to actively contribute to the continued development of our obstetric and fetal medicine offerings.

Depending on your competences and interests, there will be opportunities to combine clinical obstetric work with a special function within fetal medicine, so you can further develop your skills and help strengthen the fetal medicine area in Gødstrup.

You will work in close collaboration with the department's other specialists and sonographers, as well as our partners at Aarhus University Hospital, where we have established formal professional sparring with the fetal medicine department.

We want a colleague who is eager to share responsibility for the development of our patient pathways, contribute to a strong professional environment, and help ensure that we continue to offer high-quality treatment in the future.
