As a day-care provider you are part of creating attachment and healthy relationships, where you support each child’s development and well-being. Your home is a place where parents can safely and trustingly leave their child in day care with you, which is why it is important you can offer a smoke-free, suitable and safe home.

For this position, you must live in Sæby. The job is a full-time position of 48 hours per week with start on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Criminal records and child background checks will be obtained in connection with any potential employment, as well as a child background check for other persons in the household, over 15 years old.

Recruitment interviews are expected to be held in your home on 11 November 2026, where we would like to meet the family for the interview.

The South Daycare Area is a geographically large area covering Voerså, Lyngså, Præstbro, Dybvad, Hørby, Østervrå, Sæby and the southern part of Frederikshavn.

In the Daycare Area we currently have 16 municipal day-care providers and 9 day-care institutions.
