We have citizen access in Skt. Hansgruppen, which means that we are looking for you who are passionate about putting the person before the task and creating safe, meaningful relationships with our citizens.

With us, we don’t just meet citizens. We meet people with a life story, habits, wishes and needs, which still must be the starting point for the care and support we offer, even when dementia disease fills more and more of life.

Therefore we are looking for an SSH who wants to make a real difference for people with dementia and their relatives. A colleague who sees the value in presence, professionalism and strong relationships and who thrives in a daily life where no day is the same.

What will you do?

You will become an important part of the citizens’ daily lives and work with the starting point in each individual’s resources, needs and wishes.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Personal care and nursing
• Health-related observations
• Medication management
• Documentation in Nexus
• Support for daily activities
• Relationship work and safety-promoting initiatives
• Collaboration with relatives and multidisciplinary partners

We work with a person-centered approach, where we try to understand the person behind the disease rather than focusing solely on the task.

Practical information

The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed.

Working hours are day shifts only from 7-13 or 7-15, and every 3rd weekend is worked.

We travel between citizens by e-bike and by car.

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis

Start date by agreement, but no later than 1 January 2027.
