About the job

Club Worker for Mørke Youth Clubhouse

Are you passionate about making a difference for children and young people? Then perhaps you’re the one we’re looking for!

UngSyddjurs is seeking an engaged club worker for a permanent position of 30 hours per week with start date January 4, 2027 .

We are looking for an initiative-taking and present colleague who thrives among children and young people and wants to create communities, relationships and experiences that make a difference. You are the type who actively participates in everyday life, grabs good ideas and helps turn them into reality.

If you have a flair for movement, creative activities or other interesting interests that you can bring into play together with children and young people, that is a big plus. Our members love activities and engaged adults who want to do things together with them.

About UngSyddjurs

#UngSyddjurs runs ten youth clubhouses across Syddjurs Municipality. Here we offer leisure activities for children and young people between 10 and 18 years old through both junior and youth clubs.

In Mørke the junior club is open every afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00. The youth club is open Monday and Wednesday evenings until 21:00, where the framework is created for communities, activities and good experiences for the area’s young people.

A bit about Mørke Club

Mørke Club is based at Solgården , a former farm at the edge of Mørke, which today forms the setting for a lively and active recreational offer for children and young people.

The junior club is an educational leisure offer that supports children’s and young people’s personal and social development. Here, the children meet present adults, strong relationships and a safe community where there is room for both fun, development and good conversations.

With us you work with freedom under responsibility and believe that children and young people develop best when they experience participation and are taken seriously. Therefore we wear the yes-hat and strive to seize the members’ ideas and bring them to life.

You will be part of a dedicated team, which

  • Is passionate about creating positive communities for children and young people.
  • Prioritizes relationships, presence and trust highly.
  • Works closely with regards to children’s development and well-being.
  • Values a humorous, informal and helpful work environment.

Therefore flexibility is a natural part of the job, as some activities occur outside the normal working hours.

We hope you can check off several of the following
