Your daily life

The day alternates between starting machines, following the operation and taking measurements along the way. When a machine needs to be reconfigured, you take care of the setup and ensure that production continues on a solid basis. You have freedom with responsibility, but the quality must hold throughout.

You will among other things work with

• Overseeing operation and reacting if something isn’t running as it should
• Setting up machines and safely starting production
• Measuring parts and performing quality control along the way
• Reconfiguring machines and handling materials in production

Here it’s not about moving fastest, but about working steadily and thoroughly. If a measurement doesn’t fit, you say it immediately so the error is addressed before it becomes costly.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for what you start.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience with CNC operation or machine control
• Can work independently at the machine
• Are thorough with measurement and quality control
• Show up reliably and speak up if something is not right

It’s an advantage if you have tried machine setup, start-up or retooling before. But the most important thing is that you take production seriously and deliver something that can be used.
