Everyday: CNC, setup and changeover

Your daily life

You work with setup, start-up and changeover on CNC machines, where process, tool selection and measuring points are defined digitally. Materials and workpieces must be handled properly so the flow does not stop in the middle of a series.

You will among other things work with

• Set up CNC machines and prepare for start-up
• Change machines and handle materials
• Operate CNC machines in automated production sequences
• Inspect workpieces with measurements and documentation
• Keep an eye on quality when tolerances are tight

When something doesn’t add up in setup or measurement, you must speak up quickly. That is how you keep the flow stable in a production where every process must be traceable.

We’re looking for someone who can check off most of it

We don’t expect you to have done it all before. But you should be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have some experience with CNC work, preferably at least 1 year
• Can work precisely with setup and changeover
• Are stable and punctual
• Speak up if something isn’t right
• Can keep a cool head when tolerances are tight

It is an advantage if you have worked with automated CNC production before. But the most important is that you take quality seriously and can follow a process all the way to the end.
