COME ABOARD - Havblik and Fænøsund are looking for SSH/SSA for night shift.

Can you see the citizen as the whole person with dreams and wishes for their own life? At Havblik and Fænøsund Nursing Homes there are 3 night shifts that share the night tasks between the two homes. The nursing homes are located right next to each other and therefore help is always close by.

Havblik and Fænøsund are two cozy nursing homes with a view over Fænøsund. Here live 30 residents at Havblik and 42 residents at Fænøsund, whom we meet with respect, care and high professionalism. We place emphasis on residents feeling seen and heard, and that everyday life contains meaning, joy of life and self-determination.

We work from person-centered care, where the resident and the relationship are central. With us it is important that you are professionally curious, thrive in collaboration, and contribute to the good atmosphere in everyday life.

You are educated SSH or SSA.

You meet residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and presence.

You can work independently but also possess good collaboration skills.

You can ensure professional documentation.

You can work purposefully and patiently with an eye for the resident's resources.

You are passionate about creating security for residents.

You have humor and can use it positively in interaction with residents, relatives and colleagues.

You thrive with challenges.

You dare to put your professionalism into play and are happy to share your knowledge.

You actively contribute to a positive working environment.
