The position

Do you have hunting instinct, commercial drive and the ability to create new sales opportunities yourself?

Are you motivated by opening doors, approaching companies and turning relationships into business? Then you might be our new corporate insurance adviser at GF TrekantOmrådet. At GF we are a member-owned insurance company with a strong local grounding. We believe that corporate businesses want a close, personal alternative where personal advice, trust and good relationships go hand in hand.

We want to strengthen our position in the corporate market and therefore seek a corporate insurance adviser who actively goes out to create new opportunities. You will be responsible for actively prospecting new corporate members, helping to build our membership portfolio in the corporate sector and creating growth in the local area.

You create the opportunities yourself

You must find the potential in the market yourself and convert it into new corporate members. You research companies, identify relevant decision-makers and make the first contact. You book meetings, follow up on leads and work purposefully to turn potential members into part of GF.

When you meet the companies, it is about understanding their business, identifying their risks and advising on solutions that create value. You plan your own day and work in a structured way with your pipeline so you continually create progress in the sales process.

You are not alone with the task. GF has strong partners and good local relationships, which provide opportunities to create new contacts and open doors to the business sector. You will also have the opportunity to participate in relevant networks and business events, where you can build relationships and create new business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities

• Prospect new corporate members through targeted sales efforts.
• Contact companies, book meetings and create access to decision-makers.
• Advise on corporate insurance and prepare proposals.
• Follow up systematically on leads and proposals toward a deal.
• Build new relationships through networks, partners and local business life.
• Build a profitable membership portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships.

The candidate

You are motivated by delivering results and enjoy autonomy with responsibility. You take initiative, work purposefully and are not discouraged by a setback. You have an eye for new business opportunities and understand that good results are created through persistent sales work combined with credible advice.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with proactive sales.
• Understand the needs and risks of corporate entities.
• Are good at making contact, opening doors and building trustful relationships.
• Work structurally with sales activities, pipeline and follow-up.

We would like you to already have a level 4 Business education from Forsikringsakademiet. If you do not have the education yet, we expect you to be motivated to develop your professional competencies and begin the education after about 6 months of employment.
