TeamSafety has established a new compliance and investigations unit and is therefore seeking former police officers with solid investigative experience.

Have you completed your career in the police – or are you approaching retirement – and wish to continue to bring your professional insights and analytical mind into play? Then we offer part-time positions in a new and exciting unit.

The work includes investigation and follow-up of matters where companies or employees may not comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations or ethical standards. In addition, you will play a central role in identifying, documenting and preparing cases of possible criminal offenses for potential handover to the police or other relevant authorities. The work is performed in close collaboration with our clients

Your responsibilities

• Verification and verification of company registration, ownership interests and corporate structures.
• Investigation of contractors and subcontractors' compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
• Audit of wage and employment conditions, including prevention of social dumping.
• Review and assessment of relevant documentation, including work and residence permits, RUT registrations and other statutory requirements.
• Investigation, documentation and follow-up of suspicious matters and preparation of cases for further legal assessment .

About you

We envision that you

• Are a trained police officer – preferably with investigative experience.
• Have worked with document control, financial matters or complex cases.
• Are thorough, objective and work methodically.
• Can work independently and make well-founded judgments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally. Both in Danish and English.
• Are familiar with digital systems and information retrieval.

Experience from economic crime, immigration control, organized crime or similar would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
