Exciting job for an experienced lawyer or professional consultant

We are looking for another colleague in Professional Help and Litigation at our Brøndby office who can help members when they have problems in their employment relationships.

About the job

You will handle many types of cases based on the members' employment relationships. For example, it could involve changes in terms of employment, missing wages, termination and dismissal. You will often have to negotiate with employers, employer associations, lawyers and other parties to resolve the cases. You will also have to participate as a support person for members at sick leave interviews, etc.

If the cases go to court, our own lawyers handle the cases at all courts from district court to the Supreme Court.

The job is ready to be filled from 1 January 2027. In principle, this is a full-time job of 37 hours, but we are also open to part-time appointments. You will become part of a well-functioning and competent department with about 70 employees distributed across 4 teams – of whom 10 employees work at our Brøndby office. The remainder work at our headquarters in Esbjerg.

At the start of employment there will be a short introduction to Det Faglige Hus, which takes place in Esbjerg.

About you

We expect you to be a trained lawyer, cand.merc.jur or have another relevant education. It can also be that you have relevant professional experience - e.g., from a job in an HR department.

In addition you should have experience in labor law and be good with numbers. You should also have a flair for understanding different IT systems and have good communication skills both orally and in writing, so you can give our members the best service. It is also an advantage if you have good English skills.

As a person you should be open and outgoing and able to work independently and systematically.

You must also be flexible regarding working hours, as meetings can take place in the morning and late in the afternoon.
