Cook apprentice sought for Kantinerne FMK in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality

At Kantinerne FMK you will be part of a strong community across our canteens in Gislev, Faaborg and Ringe. Every day we cook for course participants, staff, guests and politicians, and we help each other create good dining experiences in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality.

What will you be doing?

You will become part of the daily operations and will, among other things

• Cook hot and cold dishes
• Work with food from scratch and fresh ingredients
• Order goods and receive deliveries
• Work with self-monitoring and food safety
• Be involved in menu planning
• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly

The practical

The employment is time-limited and full-time. The working hours are as a rule

• Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:00
• Friday 07:00-12:00

There is a three-week summer closure, time off between Christmas and New Year, and very limited evening and weekend work.

Since the apprentice education takes place at several locations, it is important that you can commute to and from the canteens in Gislev, Faaborg and Ringe.

Salary

Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement for gastronomy apprentices.

• Apprentices: 13,070 DKK per month
• Adult apprentices: 25,850 DKK per month
