Do you want to cook good food from scratch, put your stamp on the menu and have good working hours with weekends off?

You will be part of a small kitchen with good humor, close contact with the guests and working hours that, as a rule, run between 05:30 and 14:00 on weekdays.

A new kitchen with room for your ideas

In our kitchen and staff restaurant at Arla Foods in Rødkærsbro we prepare breakfast and lunch every day for around 100 employees. In addition, we provide meals for the evening and night shifts – always with a focus on good taste, quality and good craftsmanship.

You will be part of a team of four, where we help each other, share ideas and lift the tasks together. We have an open kitchen, so contact with the guests is a natural part of daily life.

There is a short path from idea to plate here, and you will have a good opportunity to influence both your workday and the food on the menu.

Use your professional expertise throughout the kitchen

With us you go all around the kitchen and get the opportunity to use your professional skills broadly – from hot dishes and crispy salads to baking and cold presentations.

Together with your colleagues you will among other things

• Prepare delicious food from scratch with a focus on quality and good craftsmanship
• Contribute ideas and inspiration for menus and new dishes
• Create structure and a good workflow in daily production
• Meet our guests with presence, composure and good service
• Take joint responsibility for hygiene and self-checks

We are looking for you with a love for good food

You may be a trained chef, caterer, nutrition assistant or have another kitchen-related background. The most important thing is that you know your craft, have a passion for good food and a desire to be an active part of the team.

The position is 37 hours per week with working hours that, as a rule, run between 05:30 and 14:00 on weekdays. It gives you the opportunity to use your profession every day – and still have most of the afternoon and evening free.
