We are seeking skilled colleagues for a permanent position as a coordinating job advisor for the sick pay/job clarification area.

Your new daily life will be as part of Job and Health, which currently counts 32 advisers solving tasks in relation to citizens who receive sick pay or are in a job-clarification program. In addition, we have three prevention advisers in our Travel Team who prevent sick leave in companies.

Job and Health is part of the job center, which falls under Labour Market, Advice and Integration, which also includes Slagelse Language Center. The job center is dynamic and development-oriented with a focus on dialogue and cooperation as well as an effective and results-oriented effort. We focus on what works and are aware of developing ourselves continuously in an industry where political as well as administrative decisions require great flexibility.

Main tasks

• assume the coherent and coordinating authority role in sick pay and job clarification cases
• hold individual conversations, make decisions and ensure progression in the citizen's case
• wide collaboration with colleagues internal and external, with citizens, companies, suppliers and other actors in the area – always with the aim that the sick-listed returns to the labor market as soon as possible
• handle administrative tasks

Salary and terms of employment

Permanent position, 37 hours per week.

Start date on 1 December 2026, preferably earlier.

The workplace is Labour Market, Advice and Integration – Job Center Slagelse, Kalundborgvej 59a, 4200 Slagelse.

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for social workers and social facilitators

Starting salary

• Starting salary for social workers per month full-time and excluding pension is DKK 35,471.00 - 37,650.18 including the base pay allowance.
• Starting salary for social facilitators per month full-time and excluding pension is DKK 35,746.56 - 37,278.17 including the base pay allowance.

Note that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education and qualifications according to the Ny løn principles (New Pay).

When employed by Slagelse Municipality, references will be obtained and a criminal record check will be requested.
