Create safety at night – become a night shift worker at Plushøj Care Center

Are you a social- and health helper or a social- and health assistant, and do you thrive on working independently? Then you might be our new night shift caregiver.

At Plushøj Nursing Home we have 26 residents, and we work with person-centered care, high professionalism, and respect for each individual's wishes and needs.

Independent responsibility with the possibility of help

The night shift is a solo shift, where you are responsible for the residents' care, support and safety throughout the night. You have the opportunity to call in an on-call colleague when there is a need for help and support.

Your tasks

• Create calm and security for the residents.
• Provide care and welfare based on each individual's needs.
• Observe and respond to changes in the residents' condition.
• Document relevant observations and ensure a good handover to the day shift.

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as a social- and health helper or a social- and health assistant .
• Works independently and maintains an overview.
• Is calm, caring and responsible.
• Knows your competences and calls for help when needed.
• Contributes to good collaboration across shifts.
