At b.young we are seeking a creative and visually strong Creative Content Designer for a fixed-term position of 12 months.

We are looking for someone who loves creating visual content, has a sharp eye for design and storytelling – and who is excited to explore and leverage the new possibilities within AI.

You will become part of our marketing team, where we work with campaigns, branding and content across international markets. Here you will have the opportunity to combine your skills in AI, video and digital content production – and help develop how we create visual content in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have a creative and versatile daily life, where you work with the entire process from idea to finished content.

AI & Creative Exploration

• Develop and produce AI-generated image and video content for campaigns and digital platforms.
• Explore new AI tools, techniques and creative possibilities.
• Combine AI with existing photo and video material to create new and engaging content.
• Contribute to developing and optimizing our creative workflows with AI.

Video & Motion

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for campaigns, reels and digital advertising.
• Work creatively with storytelling, music, pacing and visual effects.
• Adapt video content for different digital platforms and formats.

Digital Graphic Design

• Develop and produce creative graphic content for digital campaigns, social media and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging visual content that supports b.young's campaigns and brand universe.
• Contribute with creative ideas and graphic solutions in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are creative to the core, have a strong visual sense and love turning ideas into finished content.

We imagine you

• Have a relevant creative or digital education, e.g., multimedia designer, digital designer, media graphic designer or similar – and experience with digital content production.
• Have practical experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway or similar and can translate the technology into creative image and video content. You are curious about development and motivated to explore new possibilities.
• Have experience with video shooting and editing – from camera work and composition to the finished film.
• Have experience producing digital content and work securely in Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Preferably knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Have a strong aesthetic sense and understanding of digital storytelling, fashion and visual trends.
• Work independently and in a structured way and thrive with both creative idea development and hands-on production.
• Be a positive team player with good humor, high energy and a desire to contribute to the creative community.
