CTS advisor for complex construction projects and intelligent building solutions

At Norconsult we are looking for an experienced CTS advisor for our electrical technical environment in Herlev. You will become a central part of the team and play an important role in advising, designing, and implementing CTS solutions on exciting construction projects.

Your role

As a CTS advisor you will be the technical key person who ensures coherence between the building's technical installations and the intelligent control.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Advise and design CTS systems in construction projects
• Prepare work descriptions, functional descriptions and PI diagrams
• Prepare and coordinate interface diagrams and system lists
• Conduct technical supervision and participate in the handover of CTS installations
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in functional and commissioning tests
• Work with energy optimization and operation of existing systems
• Coordinate CTS interfaces with, among others, ventilation, HVAC, electrical, fire, and IT/network
• Contribute to tender materials, bid evaluation, and dialogue with contractors
• Ensure documentation and quality in connection with testing, commissioning, and handover

You will have a varied day-to-day with close collaboration across disciplines as well as with customers, contractors, and other consultants. You help translate technical requirements into solutions that work in practice.

We imagine that you have

• A technical background as an engineer, electrician/installer, technician, or marine engineer
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CTS, building automation, or control technology
• Experience with designing and advising within CTS systems
• The ability to work in a structured and analytical way with complex technical problems
• A strong focus on quality, collaboration, and responsible project execution

Practical about the position

The position is based at our office in Herlev. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines and have contact with customers and other project parties. Activity on construction sites and at customer sites should be expected as a natural part of the job.

The position is a professional specialist role with a high degree of independence and an opportunity to influence the development of our CTS competencies and solutions.
