Customer service representative sought for full-time temporary position in Rødovre

On behalf of one of our clients in Rødovre, FIRMAVIKAR is seeking a service-minded and responsible employee for telephone reception and customer support on a full-time basis.

This is a long-term temporary position of 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible and expected duration until New Year. For the right candidate there will be an opportunity for extension.

We are seeking a person who thrives on contact with customers, has good communication skills and can handle different inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and inquiries
• Provide telephone customer service and support
• Register and follow up on customer inquiries
• Diverse administrative tasks as needed

We expect that you

• Have experience with customer service, phone reception or support
• Have good communication skills and be friendly and professional on the phone
• Are service-minded, patient and solution-oriented
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Have good IT skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Would preferably have experience with Salesforce , but it is not a requirement
• Are reliable, responsible and have a positive attitude
