About the position

At M/S CONTAINERS you will have a central role in daily operations, where you handle orders from A-Z and ensure that the process works from factory to end customer.

You will be the link between customers, suppliers, production and transport. It requires structure, overview and understanding of the entire value chain. At the same time you will have ongoing contact with existing customers, where good service and commercial understanding contribute to retaining and developing relationships.

The position is primarily coordinating and administrative, but also provides opportunities to bring your sales interests into play through dialogue with customers.

Your main tasks will include

• Handling orders from placement to delivery to the customer.
• Coordination and follow-up on production, transport and logistics.
• Daily dialogue with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and international partners.
• Follow-up on agreements, deliveries and deadlines.
• Maintenance of order data, documentation and other administrative tasks.
• Contact with existing customers focusing on service, follow-up and upselling.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have 2-5 years of experience with order processing, customer service, sales support, shipping or logistics, but if you have other relevant experience, we would also like to hear from you. Experience from an international environment is an advantage, but your educational background is not decisive. The most important is your experience, your approach to work and your desire to learn the business.

Since the company collaborates with customers and partners around the world, you are fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written. The primary contact with customers and partners takes place via email.
