Are you currently pursuing a education in office administration or business economics and would you like to strengthen your professional skills with practical experience?

We are aiming for significant growth and need extra resources for basic tasks within bookkeeping and order management. Therefore we are seeking a Student Assistant for our office in Fredensborg.

Practical experience combined with insight and knowledge

As a Student Assistant you will be part of TF-Technologies’ finance department, where you will get your own portfolio of bookkeeping-related tasks. At the same time you will assist with handling incoming and outgoing orders.

The position will give you concrete experience with different types of registration and follow-up tasks, all of which are central to the company's process and financial management. At the same time you will have the opportunity to acquire specialized knowledge about the rules in the area and principles for preventing errors and frauds.

Since this is a small manufacturing company, with many functions together under one roof, you will additionally gain valuable insight into processes and data-flows between departments.

You will typically work 10-15 hours per week, which we arrange flexibly in relation to your studies.

Qualifications

We expect that you are currently pursuing a education, preferably within office administration or business economics.

In addition we expect that you

• Are curious, quick to learn and thrive with working systematically.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.

You will work in our ERP system SAP. Prior experience with this is not a requirement.
