Beyond gaining practical experience in supply chain / logistics, you will acquire solid experience with SAP and other related applications, become proficient at analyzing and handling large amounts of data in Excel, and learn to navigate a large international group.

Limagrain A/S already has a student assistant on board, with whom you, together with the other employees, can brainstorm, and everyone will help you settle in.

About the position

As a student assistant in Supply Chain, you will be part of our logistics team, which is responsible for all deliveries to our customers in Scandinavia and the Baltic states. You will work closely with Danish and international colleagues, and you will gain insight into the entire supply chain from planning and coordination to reporting and development of systems.

Your tasks will mainly consist of

• Maintenance and development of sales and delivery reports
• Data extraction and processing in Excel and SAP
• Participation in integration and optimization projects across systems
• Processing of orders and returns
• Ongoing collaboration with our logistics partner and customers

You will have responsibility and be treated as a full member of the company, and your contribution will be meaningful for the company’s operations and activities.

Who are you?

You have a natural interest and understanding of data, business processes, and the relationship between numbers and the business. You thrive on maintaining and developing Excel templates, where we use VBA, Power Query, and Power BI.

You want to develop professionally and personally and would like to translate your theoretical knowledge into practice. At the same time, you are eager to work in an international group. We will give you a thorough introduction to the company and the tasks, and you will receive ongoing feedback and sparring.

You are likely in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or at the start of your master’s program in economics, finance, accounting, logistics, or supply chain management.

We imagine that you

• are analytical, detail-oriented, and structured
• enjoy data processing and systems such as SAP and Excel (knowledge of SAP is not a requirement)
• can communicate professionally in both Danish and English
• are eager to contribute actively and take responsibility for your tasks

What does Limagrain offer?

You will get a flexible student job of about 10–15 hours per week, with due consideration for exams and study activities. Once you have settled in, there will also be an option to work from home.
