Export Sales Coordinator for a food ingredient company

Foodjob Nordic is recruiting for AKV AmbA in Agro Food Park near Aarhus a coordinator with background in international trade of food products with a producer or a trading house for a challenging position that will strengthen the company's organization, visibility and turnover with respect to customers. The position is newly created and fixed-term for 12 months, has a large international interface, and reports to the Sales Coordination Manager in a company growing in the trade of potato-based products for the world market.

As Export Sales Coordinator you will play a central role in order processing and sales support and help ensure that the company's products receive the right commercial support in global export markets. You will work with customer contracts and registrations. It is crucial that the right candidate has an overview, customer focus and a strong understanding of the value chain. You are able to create an overview of the supply chain, while being hands-on so things get done.

You will have direct customer and supplier contact, handle a wide range of administrative business processes, including in an ERP/CRM system for order handling, internal and external status, as well as support to sales and to agents.

We expect that you

• have relevant experience with export of food or ingredients to international markets
• are a skilled administrator, systematic and preferably professionally well-founded regarding foods
• are a power user with ERP systems, preferably with experience in SAP
• have an education in sales, administration or trade
• have documented results from similar positions
• have good language skills in English and preferably additional languages in writing and speaking
• are inspiring, engaged and independent – you can and will take responsibility
• are systematic, loyal, flexible and cooperative
