About the job

Would you like to help ensure the supply of medicines to the Danish public hospitals?

Are you motivated by a hands-on daily operation where thoroughness, service and collaboration are essential, and do you want to work for an organization with great societal impact, where we create the best conditions for as much health as possible per spent?

About the position We are looking for a new colleague for our Support Team, where we assist hospital pharmacies with the daily handling of, among other things, backorders, replacement purchases, deliveries, invoicing and crediting. We closely monitor the suppliers and contribute to ensuring that medicines reach the hospitals.

In the Support Team we are six dedicated colleagues, and we are part of the Department of Supply and Contract Management (FOK), which consists of 27 colleagues. You will become part of a strong professional environment with broad collaboration internally at Amgros and externally with hospital pharmacies and suppliers.

Operations set the agenda, and you must therefore thrive on the fact that today’s priorities can change when supply challenges or other urgent needs arise. You can maintain an overview, prioritize and follow up tasks to the end, even when the pace is high.

Dine opgaver In collaboration with colleagues in the Support Team and across the organization you will be responsible for a number of operational and support tasks, including:

  • Daily support and guidance to hospital pharmacies on backorders, replacement purchases and deliveries of medicines
  • Handling and follow-up on inquiries from hospital pharmacies about supply challenges
  • Proactive backorder management and coordination with suppliers to ensure delivery of medicines
  • Supplier follow-up and problem-solving in case of deviations in the supply chain
  • Processing and follow-up of questions about invoicing, credits and contractual relationships
  • Participation in supplier meetings and ongoing dialogue with external partners
  • Contribution to GDP-compliance and supplier qualification
  • Participation in improving systems, workflows and support processes

Who are you? We imagine that you are a pharmaconomist or have another relevant background. You may have experience from operations, customer service, supply, logistics or another coordinating function where service, quality and follow-up are central elements.

If you have experience with contract management and follow-up on suppliers’ obligations in agreements, that is an advantage.

You are motivated by both the daily routine tasks and the situations where a solution must be found quickly. You work systematically and detail-oriented and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are followed through to the end. At the same time you meet colleagues, hospital pharmacies and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.

You have a flair for IT and enjoy working in several systems at once. You are curious about new systems and can quickly grasp complex workflows and procedures. Experience with ERP systems, including Business Central, is a plus but not a requirement.

As we work with both Danish and international suppliers, it is an advantage if you can communicate professionally in Danish and English.

We place emphasis on you

  • works structured, thoroughly and with attention to detail
  • handles changing tasks with natural authority
  • keeps an overview and can prioritize when the pace is high
  • can juggle several balls in the air at the same time
  • is responsible, flexible and follows tasks through to completion
  • is proactive, curious and solution-oriented
  • has a strong service mindset and communicates in a friendly and professional manner
  • thrives working in a team as well as working independently
  • actively contributes to good collaboration and a positive atmosphere in the team
  • wants to develop your competencies and contribute to ongoing improvements

We offer At Amgros you become part of an organization with great societal impact. We have an informal yet professional culture with high engagement, good collaboration and focus on well-being. You will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally in close collaboration with skilled colleagues.
