About Silkeborg Municipal Daycare

The group of day-care providers in Ans consists of 13 day-care providers, distributed in smaller playroom groups.

Silkeborg Municipal Daycare currently employs 150 day-care providers, 8 pedagogical leaders and administrative staff. We care for approximately 550 children.

• Have the will and ability to collaborate with many different family constellations, values and cultures
• Enter into close cooperation with colleagues and other partners
• Actively participate in full-day playrooms and contribute to quality
• Be open to learning and further training
• Collaborate closely with the organization, where guidance and support from the pedagogical leader is central

We prefer that your home is allergen-free.

Salary and working hours

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay formation agreement. In addition, 60% of the salary is tax-deductible exclusive of the Labour Market Contribution to cover day-care costs. (see the Tax Agency website)

If you are a pedagogical assistant or a pedagogue, it triggers an additional six pay steps.

The position is 48 hours per week, and the hours can fall in the period from 06:00 – 17:00.

How your exact working hours look depends on the care needs of your particular child group.
