The group of day-care providers in Sjørslev consists of 1 day-care provider.

Silkeborg Municipal Daycare currently employs 140 day-care providers, 6 pedagogical leaders, and administrative staff. We care for approximately 500 children.

• Actively participate in full-day playrooms and contribute to quality
• Be open to learning and further education
• Work closely with the organization, where guidance and support from the pedagogical leader is central

We prefer that your home is allergy-friendly.

Salary and working hours

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local wage-setting agreement. In addition, 60% of the salary is tax-deductible exclusive of the Labour Market Contribution, to cover day-care costs. (see Skat's website)

If you are a pedagogical assistant or a pedagogue, it triggers a further six pay steps.

The position is 48 hours per week, and the hours can fall in the period from 06:00 – 17:00.
