Business consultant - Instructor and business consultant with a focus on A-dagpenge recipients.

Are you passionate about teaching and can you secure regular jobs for citizens with at least a medium/high level of education, then you are the one we are looking for.

In Furesø Municipality we have a high share of citizens who need an entry to the labor market at a higher level, and we therefore increase our efforts in this area and attach a business consultant to our team of employees who focus on the A-dagpenge area.

We have an ambition that more citizens participate in a business-oriented offer early in their unemployment, but also be matched to jobs that correspond to their qualifications.

About the position

In Job and Enterprise Service, guidance, authorities tasks and the business-oriented effort within A-dagpenge are carried out.

This position is two-part, therefore you should thrive in conducting job clubs and workshops with our unemployed citizens, while also being out and creating job openings with a special focus on workplaces that demand the workforce our job seekers match.

Approximately 80% of A-dagpenge recipients in Furesø Municipality have higher education, which is why it is important that you can create entry points to the companies that demand this workforce.

We are looking for a staff member who

• Has drive and enjoys having an outward-facing role as an instructor and business consultant
• Is passionate about working with unemployed A-dagpenge recipients
• Has knowledge of the labor market and can see the value in the business-oriented approach
• Can work in a role where there are targets for what is expected to be achieved on a monthly basis
• Able to build trust and motivate citizens back to the labor market from an employment-oriented approach.
• Has an eye for the citizen's role as an actor in their own life and the employer's important role as a collaborator
• Is professionally curious and thrives in a role that, together with the rest of the team, continuously contributes to development
• Has a natural desire to try new methods and formats.
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in a team where you lift the task together
• Understands administrative law and the regulatory requirements that apply to the area
• Knowledge of Fasit is a plus

Salary and employment terms

Full-time position 37 hours per week. Salary and employment terms according to HK - Danish Social Worker agreement.

Expected start date January 1, 2027 or earlier.
