OK-Fonden Dyruphus is seeking a trained Social- and Health Helper for a permanent evening shift.

OK-Fonden Odense is certified as the 3rd special care home in DK

in Marte Meo.

Evening shift at OK-Fonden Odense is a trust-based job, where you get ample room to exercise your professional skills with influence on your own daily life as well as the opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally.

In your work you will need to use your clinical eye to identify, plan and carry out the care of our residents.

We work purposefully and structurally with Marte Meo as a method, and with us you will receive training and supervision in both Marte Meo and sensory integration.

Cooperation with relatives is often crucial to bring people with dementia into well-being, and we have a structured program for relative cooperation and offer supervision and training to our relatives.
