Children and parents in Ryslinge need more day-care providers. We are short of places and therefore we are looking for you who dream of a free and independent job.

You work in your own home

• You are so lucky to work at home, which gives a very good balance between work and family life.
• You save time and expenses on commuting to and from work.
• You have the opportunity to care for your own child under 2 years and 11 months, if both child and parents can thrive with it
• You will become part of a large collegial network, even though you work from home.
• We expect space for play and learning in your home, not necessarily a room.

We expect that you

• Plan your workday together with the children, so the activities are based on their interests.
• Can create a daily routine that inspires and motivates the children to play and learn.
• Have a home with good conditions for play and learning – both indoors and outdoors.
• Can establish a good parent collaboration based on inclusion, dialogue and trust.
• Can have a reflective view of yourself and your professionalism in the work.
• Participate in a playroom group with colleagues outside your own home once every 14 days.
• Will engage in the work with the pedagogical curricula/plans.

About the job

• The work as a day-care provider entails working hours that may be from 6:15 to 16:45.

An example of a workweek could look like this: 06:15-16:00 Monday-Thursday and 06:15-15:15 Friday.

• You will become part of a network group of 3-4 day-care providers, who meet once every 14 days in a playroom.
• You will join a good working community with your day-care colleagues and in close cooperation with the team leaders,

here we share the development of a professional care offering for the youngest children.

Employment terms

• Full-time position
• You accrue ½ day off per month.
• We will obtain criminal records and child protection checks upon hire.
• Pay and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (FOA).
• Base salary as of 01.10.2026 DKK 338,996.00 + pension (annually). As a day-care provider you receive a tax deduction of 60% of the salary after AM and ATP contributions for covering expenses for the children's food and maintaining the home.
• Start date expected February 1, 2027
