We are looking for an engaged and caring day shift worker who will help give our residents a pleasant everyday life.

Your duties

· Personal care and practical assistance to our residents.

· Create security, presence and a dignified everyday life for our residents.

· Observe and document changes in the residents' condition.

· Collaborate closely with other colleagues and relatives.

· Contribute to ensuring high professionalism and continuity in the care.

· Is educated SSH, SSA, nurse's aide or other relevant education.

· Is responsible, stable and meets your colleagues with a good mood.

· Is good at both working independently and valuing collaboration with your colleagues.

· Has good communication skills and contributes to a positive work environment.

Ellen Marie is a cozy private care home located in the center of Gilleleje town. Homeliness and self-determination are fundamental in all approaches to care and support. Our main task is to give all 37 residents a good life. There are activities in the house on weekdays and we have a large group of volunteers who regularly visit the house.

We work with Sekoia's task system in the homes to ensure that care tasks are performed in a way that makes everyday life recognizable. Nexus FS II is used as a documentation system.

Practical about the position

The position is 28 hours per week with weekend shifts every 3rd weekend
