A rarely advertised SOSU position with many opportunities

Would you like to be part of an evening shift team where there is time and space for presence and care? Are you looking for a job where employee satisfaction and influence are a high priority? Then it is exactly you, we are seeking for an evening shift position at Breelteparken's nursing home.

The job is to be filled as soon as possible after agreement. The position is 28 hours per week arranged on a rolling 5/2 with weekend shifts every 2 weekends. But in return you will have a full 3 holiday weekends per year. Employment is in accordance with the municipal agreement for social- and health personnel concluded between KL and FOA. The base salary for a newly graduated social- and health helper is 28,746 kr. The salary is stated for full-time without pension contributions. There is also the possibility of further negotiation of allowances.

Breelteparken is a large care center in Hørsholm Municipality, located in scenic surroundings, close to the Helsingør motorway and with good public transport options. Breelteparken is a self-governing institution consisting of a nursing home, home care, large kitchen, administration, hairdressing, nursing clinics restaurant, swimming pool etc. The vision is to be “a city within the city”. The nursing home houses 51 care places and consists of two departments; North and South.

The residents of the nursing home all have elderly medical conditions, to a greater or lesser extent. But as we work person-centered, it is the residents and their life stories that guide our daily approach. Our core task takes its starting point in lived life and it is here where we can do something truly special.
