Are you our new Danish and music teacher?

We need a trained Danish and music teacher to

• Danish in our upper school division
• music
• 2-teacher hours in the 6th grade
• physical education

Vibenshus School is located centrally on Østerbro. We have Fælledparken, harbor and beach in our surroundings, which gives us the opportunity to move teaching out of the classroom. We are a 2-3 track school from kindergarten to 9th grade, and we currently have just under 500 students.

We are organized into two divisions: the grundskolen, which consists of 0-5th grade and the upper school from 6-9th grade. We work both in year-group and subject-teams and place a high priority on parallel teaching. This means that you should be prepared for a high degree of joint preparation and team collaboration.

Wellbeing for both students and staff and the work environment in general are areas we continually focus on. Music is important to us, and we cherish our tradition of morning songs and the spring concert.

We expect that you

• meet the students at eye level
• have high academic expectations for your students, and this should be evident in your teaching
• place job satisfaction and dialogue high on your agenda
• are open to feedback and will take responsibility for a good working environment
• can work closely in a team with colleagues about the students and their learning
• are approachable and will actively participate in cooperation with parents, students, colleagues and management

Employment terms

This is a full-time position with commencement as soon as possible.

The salary is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

In connection with the hire, we will obtain child- and criminal-records checks as well as references.
