About the job

Do you want to help create a school where academic rigour, well-being and strong communities go hand in hand? Then you may be the one we are looking for.

We are seeking an engaged teacher for a permanent position as Danish language teacher and co-class teacher for our 7th grade. The position can be full-time or part-time, and the distribution of other subjects will be agreed based on your competences. If you have teaching qualifications in cultural subjects, physical education and/or German, that is an advantage.

You will become part of a strong year-group team where we work closely on students' learning, well-being and development. Together we work purposefully with the development track School for All, where a common pedagogical direction, clear frameworks and opportunities for participation for all students are central.

We work with co-teaching, inspiring learning environments and an inclusive practice. In the coming school year all teachers and pedagogues in the Lillerød division will participate in a municipal competence development program on co-teaching and neuro-pedagogy.

We are looking for a teacher who

  • is passionate about the Danish subject and the role of class teacher
  • creates strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • believes that all children can succeed in the community
  • is curious about their own practice and contributes to collective development
  • thrives in committed team collaboration and takes responsibility for the shared task
  • is ready to engage in a harmonised practice within a didactic and pedagogical core structure for the year group

With us you get

  • A strong collegial community with focus on cooperation and development
  • Dedicated year-group teams with shared responsibility for the students
  • Good opportunities for professional development and competence development
  • A mentoring scheme for the first two years if you are a recent graduate
  • A workplace where we believe we succeed best together.
