• Has subject-specific and/or teaching competence in physics/chemistry and mathematics – preferably in both subjects.
• Is passionate about creating varied and practice-oriented teaching that motivates the students.
• Has an eye for each student's possibilities and needs and works to ensure that all students feel they are part of the community.
• Is keen to engage in close and committed collaboration with colleagues, students and parents.
• Contributes positively to the academic and social community at the school.
