Danish teacher for the middle grades at Bavnehøj School

We are looking for a Danish teacher with experience in reading instruction at the primary and lower secondary level. If you also have competencies in science and technology as well as music, this would be an advantage

You will be part of a dynamic team collaboration, where joint preparation and didactic reflections will be part of everyday life. You will participate in weekly team and development meetings. As a new teacher you will be assigned a mentor.

We work with flexible planning and have good resources regarding a two-teacher arrangement.

Your competencies

• Subject specialization in Danish and preferably subject competencies in science/technology as well as music
• Good classroom management skills
• Good at differentiating for students
• Experience with and a desire for close teamwork as well as flexible planning of the teaching

Salary and employment terms

The position is covered by the “Agreement for teachers in the public school” as well as the “Agreement on salaries in the public schools – Copenhagen Municipality”. We will obtain a child and criminal record certificate and take references in connection with the employment.
