About the job

Do you want to create an overview and identify patterns in complex data – and make a real difference? Do you thrive in an environment where professionalism, collaboration and open dialogue are central values? Then you could become our new colleague in the Analysis and Automation office.

Your role

In the Corporate area we work with corporate taxation from small businesses to Denmark's largest groups. As a data analyst you will be part of an office that develops analyses, decision bases and automation solutions for the entire area.

Your tasks will especially be to

  • collect and structure data across sources
  • develop analyses, data visualizations and models
  • identify patterns and trends in complex datasets
  • design and program ETL processes
  • communicate results so they create value for colleagues and decision-makers

You will work closely with the business, which will help you understand systems, processes and rules so that your analyses are professionally grounded and can be used in practice.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a data analyst who is curious, collaborative and eager to develop themselves in a strong professional environment. You have experience with quantitative analysis and programming – either from your studies or your first job. Most importantly, you have a desire to learn and take responsibility for the quality of your solutions.

We place emphasis on that you

  • Have good analytical and methodological abilities and enjoy working with large data volumes
  • Can translate complex data into knowledge that others can understand and use
  • Are curious about new problems, data sources, methods and tools
  • Have experience with e.g. R or Python and are keen to work with Power BI
  • Work thoroughly and structured and ensure quality in your solutions
  • Contribute actively to collaboration, build good relationships and take initiative

You do not need to know everything from the start, and we are ready to help you get a good start. We imagine that you have a relevant higher education focused on analysis and quantitative methods for example in the social or natural science field. You may also have obtained the necessary qualifications through work experience, e.g. as an analyst or BI developer.

Your new office

With us you will become part of a professional community with 11 colleagues, including five analysts, with whom you will work closely. We have different professional backgrounds and see it as a strength.

We work from common frameworks for development, documentation and compliance, so our solutions are robust and can be easily continued by colleagues. At the same time you have great freedom in designing new solutions.

In the office we thrive on

  • An informal tone and a high ceiling, where all ideas are welcome, and where we challenge each other constructively to become even better
  • Knowledge sharing, sparring and ongoing learning as a natural part of daily life
  • An inclusive collegial community where social life is highly prioritized with room for a good laugh

The job gives you the opportunity to develop in an environment with plenty of professional challenges and sparring with skilled colleagues – while contributing to an important societal task.

Contact and terms of employment

Please send your motivated application with CV, diploma including grades and any additional attachments no later than Sunday 22 November 2026 via the link “Apply for the job”.

Start on 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible.

Prior to employment, references and a criminal record check will be obtained.

You will be employed under the current collective agreement for academics in the state (AC), the collective agreement for office workers, laboratory technicians and IT staff (HK) or the collective agreement for officers, etc. (DTS) in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth.

If you proceed to employment in the recruitment process, please note that we conduct a check to see whether you have debts that have been referred to debt collection by the public sector. We also check whether you have concluded control and/or criminal cases in the tax and duties area. Your employment is conditional on us not finding information about you that is incompatible with employment in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth's group.

The employment area is the Ministry of Taxation and Growth with its associated institutions. Your workplace is Hannemanns Allé 25, 2300 Copenhagen S.
