Dedicated social- and health-care assistants and social- and health-care aides for Home Care District 5 - Day shift

In Home Care District 5 you will have the opportunity to use your professional skills to deliver high-quality care and develop your competences together with good colleagues.

In District 5 you will become part of a stable group of skilled and dedicated social- and health care assistants and social- and health care helpers. We have a good working environment where we take great care of each other and it is important to us that there is also room for a good laugh. We work closely in citizen-centered teams to provide citizens with the best possible care. Therefore you will also have a good opportunity for professional sparring. We work rehabilitatively and with early detection; we have an occupational therapist attached to our district as part of the Citizen-Centered teams.

As a social- and health care assistant and a social- and health care helper in District 5 you will have the professional responsibility in your team, together with the professional coordinators. You will have good opportunities for competence development and plenty of professional challenges in a daily life where there are rarely two days that are alike. We work with holistic care, precisely to ensure as few staff as possible in the citizens' homes and close follow-up on each citizen's journey.

About you

You are trained as a social- and health care assistant or a social- and health care helper with experience from home care or a care center. In addition we expect that:

• You can document according to the documentation requirements, also via iPad. We use Fælles sprog III and the care system CURA.
• You have as a Social- and health care assistant experience with FMK and Med-com.
• You have an appreciative approach to citizens, relatives and partners
• You work interdisciplinary and are good at communicating
• You take pride in delivering high-quality care with a focus on the whole citizen
• You can act independently within your own area of responsibility

Practical information

The position is 37 hours in day shifts with weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend and start on 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary and terms according to the applicable collective agreement.
