Delivery Student Assistant for the Compliance team

Aeven is seeking an engaged and dedicated Delivery Student Assistant for its team. The role will be located in an operations department, where you will assist with a broad range of tasks related to information security, compliance and risk management for a public sector client. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wishes to gain practical experience in compliance while completing your studies.

Aeven is one of the largest Danish providers of infrastructure and cloud solutions. Our customer base includes both private companies and public organizations. Our headquarters are currently located in Søborg but will move to Industriparken 32 in Ballerup by February 2025.

Your responsibilities

· Perform security verification checks.

· Collect and maintain documentation.

· Contribute to ensuring we comply with contractual requirements related to ISO27001.

· Participate in meetings and contribute input to improving compliance processes.

· Communicate with the client and technical teams to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

· Administrative tasks such as reporting and invoicing

Requirements for applicants

· You speak fluent Danish and have professional proficiency in English.

· You are a student at a university, university college or similar.

· You have at least 2 years remaining in your studies, but preferably more.

· You must be able to obtain security clearance from FE.

· A driving license for a passenger car is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We expect that you

· Are pursuing a relevant education in IT, law, business administration or similar.

· Have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.

· Are service-minded and have a natural ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

· Are structured, detail-oriented and good at working independently.

· Have good IT skills and are comfortable working with different systems and software.

· Have an interest in compliance and risk management.
