Dental Clinic Assistant for Tandplejen Nordvestjylland

Dental Care Northwest Jutland / Struer clinic is seeking, as of January 1, 2027, a full-time dental clinic assistant.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated dental clinic assistant with a particular interest in child and adolescent dentistry as well as adult dentistry for selected groups.

Northwest Jutland Dental Care consists of a clinic in Holstebro, a clinic in Lemvig and a clinic in Struer. In total there are 65 employees in dental care. We provide dental care for a total of about 23,000 children and youths as well as care dentistry for about 500 elderly citizens. In addition we have specialist and social dentistry.

The position is primarily at the Struer clinic, but as Northwest Jutland Dental Care is one unified unit, there may be a need to help each other across the three clinics, so flexibility to work in Struer, Holstebro and Lemvig is necessary.

We are looking for a clinic assistant who is eager and ready to handle a broad range of tasks. In addition to chairside work, we want a clinic assistant who can participate in toothbrushing education at schools, perform independent prophylaxis/polishing, and is willing to participate in outreach care dentistry. If you have completed AOP training in dental care for 0-6-year-olds, that would be an advantage, but not a condition.

The chairside work involves assisting both the dentist and the dental hygienist.

Good knowledge of IT is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Salary

The salary is determined in accordance with the current collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

The starting salary for an average 33.71 hours per week is 26,744 DKK per month + pension. In addition, a qualification-based salary can be negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
