A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am a cheerful ”young” man with CP, who sits in a wheelchair and cannot walk or move by myself. I value humor and good spirits, both in myself and in my helpers. I also appreciate open and direct communication :)

I have many versatile interests such as old Danish films and dogs and psychology. In my spare time I write poems and make music, read books and a lot of other things. I am originally educated as an office assistant and can talk about almost anything. Finally it should be mentioned that I have many years of experience as a leader in my own life and have a really good team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be my arms and legs in every respect and I need help in all daily situations, ranging from toilet visits, bathing, cooking and cleaning to changing light bulbs and various ad hoc tasks such as taking notes, etc. It is not expected that you have worked as a caregiver before, as training will take place. But it is expected that you can step in at short notice during holidays and illness also on weekdays.

You will become part of a good, flexible and essential team of helpers, where you collectively cover all shifts year-round, so flexibility in the team is important. I have my own car that you will drive for me, a worn B driving license is therefore preferred.

SALARY and employment terms

You will be hired by A Priori, who will obtain a child and criminal record check upon hire

The salary follows the applicable tariff for disability caregivers which as of 1/10-2026 amounts to 164.86 DKK per hour plus shift allowance, questions about this can be directed to consultants Bo Andersen or Gitte Jensen at tel: 93404848 on weekdays between 09:00 - 15:30
