The position is available because one of our skilled employees is starting education – a development we are proud to support. We are therefore looking for a trained social and health helper (care assistant) who would like to join a well-functioning evening shift team. Whether you are a recent graduate or have many years of experience, you are very welcome to apply for the position.

About the position The position is a permanent evening shift position of 28 hours per week – Monday/Tuesday group on the 1st floor with 5-2 shifts. You work every other weekend, and it is in odd weeks.

About us Sct. Jørgensbjerg Nursing Home is a cozy and safe home for 47 residents, where homeliness and quality of life are in focus. We work from a holistic human perspective and aim to create the best framework for both residents and employees.

We are in the process of an exciting restructuring, where we have formed two new mini-teams each with their own department manager. This means shorter decision-making paths and more influence in daily life. You will have ample opportunity to influence working procedures and modes of collaboration in close dialogue with your colleagues.
