Then you now have the opportunity to lead Botilbuddet Televænget in Tårnby Municipality and shape the further development of the offering.

An important leadership task with the opportunity to make a difference

Televænget is a care home for adults aged 18 to 64 with mental disorders, with a total of 29 places: 21 temporary placements under the Social Services Act § 107 and 8 longer-term placements under § 108. At the facility we also handle medication, which is done in close cooperation with the nursing service of Tårnby Municipality, anchored in Center for Rehabilitation, Care and Health.

A multidisciplinary staff group works rehabilitatively to support citizens in mastering everyday life and developing greater independence. As a leader you must create good conditions for the staff’s work and ensure stable operations, high professional quality and a common direction. This must be done in close collaboration with the professional coordinator.

A central part of your leadership task will be to strengthen staff well-being, collaboration and the shared culture at Televænget. We have already initiated various initiatives to support a good working environment, a stronger sense of community, and a shared professional direction. As the incoming leader you will have an important task of following up these initiatives and ensuring that they translate into concrete and lasting improvements in daily life.

It requires a leader who is close to the employees, can handle difficult dialogues and works purposefully to develop a culture characterized by trust, openness and shared responsibility for the core task.

Televænget also faces an important task of following up on inspections, action plans and professional improvement areas. You must therefore be able to create an overview, prioritize efforts and ensure systematic follow-up and progress in the work. You will work closely with the center manager on daily operations, the economy and the further development of the offering.

Your main tasks

• Ensure stable operations and clear, present personnel leadership
• Strengthen staff well-being, collaboration and the working environment and develop a shared and constructive culture
• Follow up on already initiated initiatives and ensure that they create concrete and lasting improvements
• Create a shared direction around the core task and the professional development
• Create an overview of inspections and action plans and ensure progress in follow-up
• Support professional quality and the rehabilitative approach in daily life
• Manage budget responsibility, financial follow-up and administrative tasks
• Strengthen cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Collaborate with the center manager on priorities and the further development of Televænget

Who are you?

You are educated as social pedagogue and have experience from the specialized social sector. We would like you to have solid leadership experience as well as experience with financial management and administrative tasks. A leadership education is an advantage.

We place particular emphasis on your experience with personnel management and change management, and your ability to work purposefully to develop well-being, collaboration and culture in a staff group. You are able to build trust and followership through clear and inclusive leadership, and you can make the necessary decisions, even when they are difficult.

You can create structure and overview in a complex everyday life, prioritize between many tasks and see them through. You thrive on both daily operations and development tasks that require perseverance, systematic work and clear direction.

As a leader you are present, trust-building and decisive. You manage to engage the staff and create frameworks for good collaboration. You are motivated by creating noticeable improvements and developing the offering in close cooperation with staff and management.

You will become part of Center for Social Action and Development and work in close collaboration with three other leadership colleagues and the center manager, where professional quality, economy and a well-functioning everyday life are central driving forces.

Salary and employment terms are determined according to the applicable agreement. Start date is January 1, 2027.
