We offer

• A position where you are a dyslexia coordinator across our departments and where you also have duties as a teacher at one of the departments. You contribute with the subjects you would like to teach, and we would very much like to hear from you regarding which age group you would also like to teach.
• Good collaboration with the other mentors and the leaders, where you help develop the role of dyslexia coordinator here with us.
• Opportunity to both mentor and be a co-teacher in classes where you mentor.
• In the part of your position where you function as the class’s fixed teacher, we also have the possibility of many hours with two subject professionals if you wish.

• Cap on teaching hours and ensuring both individual and joint preparation.

• Who across the school can support dyslexia-friendly teaching and concrete students with dyslexia.
• Who has a resource-oriented view of students, colleagues and themselves, and who engages in working with the challenges that may arise.

At Grønnevang School we work with two subject professionals in the classrooms as many hours as possible. We call our organizing “Back to the Core.” For us, it’s about using the time available at the school together with the students. Our top priority is the work with – and collaboration on – the students’ learning and well-being, and having conditions that allow us to succeed with our task. We have now almost a couple of years of experience with our “Back to the Core,” and we are continually developing it.

Grønnevang School is spread over 3 departments and is divided into primary school 0th to 5th grade and lower secondary 6th to 9th grade. This supports our ability to create a specialized children and youth environment. We have two special classes rows and LST courses for the entire Municipality of Hillerød, so we are a school with many diverse tasks and a lot of opportunities. Although we appear to be a large organization on paper, we are organized into manageable and safe units and departments. Everyone is at once part of a close environment and a diverse organization.
